1964:
21 Pak Items were added this year. All were new or changed a bit from the last two years.
Pak Items were introduced in 1962. Instead of complete ensembles, they were single items that were less expensive. Mix and match items allowed Barbie to have a larger selection in her wardrobe.
This Pak silk Sheath dress (1962) was available in black, turquoise, pale yellow, gold, red, green, and white and with matching open toe heels.
Accessory Pak: This pak contains 4 pairs of open toe heels (white, red, orange and clear with glitter), short white gloves, sunglasses with glitter and blue lenses, pearl 3 strand choker necklace, pearl drop earrings, and a pearl snake bracelet complete this rare set.
All the Knit Pak items in 1963 (top, skirt, slacks, dress, top, shorts and sheath skirt) came in 3 colors: Navy, Yellow and Striped. So did the Spectator Sport from 1964. All the Knit Skirts (1963) had gold glitter spattered on them.
